General Payment Terms

We accept UK credit and debit card payment. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet. If you are ordering from outside the UK, payment must be made via bank transfer.

Sales: 

Sales literature, price lists and other documents issued by GTS MedOH in relation to the Goods are subject to alteration without notice and do not constitute offers to sell the Goods which are capable of acceptance. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. No contract for the sale of the Goods shall be binding on GTS MedOH unless we have issued a quotation which is expressed to be an offer to sell the Goods or an invoice has been sent to the Buyer by GTS MedOH. In the case of a change of price, we will contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. 

All sales are subject to these conditions and no further conditions shall apply.

Prices: 

Any typographical, clerical or other accidental errors or omissions in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by GTS MedOH shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of GTS MedOH. Unless otherwise stated prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Quotations will be current for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated. 

 

Payment: 

Where a payment is by credit card or debit card, GTS MedOh reserve the right not to deliver goods or supply services until confirmation of payment is received. Where payment is in accordance with a trading account, GTS MedOH will deliver an invoice with each order. Payment is required within 30 days of the date of the invoice. GTS MedOH reserve the right to charge 4% interest per month on any invoices remaining unpaid after their due date. 

 

Tax Charges: 

Orders placed in the UK will be subject to UK VAT at the current rate. Orders placed in the EU may be subject to the VAT Reverse Charge Mechanism in the country of origin.

Training Courses: 

Payment is required before commencement of the course. 

 

In the case of a request for transfer: 

(a) More than 4 weeks before commencement date: First transfer at no charge, subsequent transfer, 25% of amount charged 

(b) Between 2-4 weeks before Commencement date: 25% of amount charged 

(c) Less than 2 weeks before Commencement date: 100% of amount charged 

 

In the case of cancellation: 

(d) More than 4 weeks before commencement date: full refund 

(e) Between 2-4 weeks before Commencement date: 50% of amount charged 

(f) Less than 2 weeks before Commencement date: 100% of amount charged 

In all cases, notice of cancellation must be confirmed in writing addressed to the contact details on the booking confirmation letter.

Shipping and Handling

Delivery Costs: 

Delivery charges are specified on the quotation. 

 

Title: 

Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods, or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, legal and beneficial title of the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until GTS MedOH has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full of the price of the Goods.

Insurance: 

Upon delivery of the goods liability is transferred to the buyer. We accept no responsibility for misuse or incorrect use of the goods. 

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to the Buyer on the date the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. All damages and lost items must report to us within 24 hours of delivery. 

 

Delivery Schedule 

The Delivery Date is approximate only and time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by GTS MedOH in writing. The Goods may be delivered in advance of the Delivery Date upon giving reasonable notice to the Buyer. Where the Goods are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by GTS MedOH to deliver any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or any claim by the Buyer in respect of any one or more instalments shall not entitle the Buyer to treat the Contract as a whole as repudiated. Goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery and dependent on other terms and conditions.

Back Orders 

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 

 

Privacy Policy 

GTS MedOH do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy 

Returned goods will not be accepted for credit unless through prior arrangement and credit will only be given according to the condition of the goods, if we are informed within 48 hours, resaleability and/or our supplier’s ability to credit us. We are unable to accept pharmaceutical items as returned goods unless an error in supply has been made by GTS MedOH. All returns are subject to a handling charge as well as terms and conditions.
