We’re thrilled to launch our new Menstruation & Menopause Training Courses designed to break down stigma, raise awareness, and provide employees and employers with the tools they need to thrive.​

We’re offering four specialised training courses:
​Menstruation & Menopause Champion Training in the workplace for employees
Duration: 3 hours
​
This comprehensive training program is designed to educate, build awareness, reduce stigma, and equip participants with information and tools to support and signpost colleagues.
The purpose is to empower participants to become champions of menstruation and menopause inclusivity in the workplace. This enables participants to lead efforts in creating a workplace culture that is both a supportive and compassionate environment.​

Management Training: Menstruation & Menopause in the Workplace
Duration: 90 minutes

This training session is designed specifically for managers to create a workplace environment that supports menstruation and menopause, employee well-being and productivity. The purpose is to foster awareness, reduce stigma and provide practical solutions for employees and employers alike.
By implementing management training a workplace can ensure inclusivity, promote health and empower employees to thrive professionally while managing menstruation and menopause.

Occupational Health Nurse Training: Mood & Menopause in the Workplace
Duration: 2 hours

Mood changes in menopause are often underdiagnosed or misunderstood. Clinicians trained in these areas can better recognise symptoms and provide holistic care.
In this candid talk with our mental health nurse specialist trainer, she highlights endocrine disorders that impact mood and exacerbate menopause symptoms such as PMDD and PME.
This talk delivers takeaway clinical tools, up to date resources, and is purposefully designed to allow open clinical discussion. There is also a Q & A for clinicians to ask questions and discuss cases if required.​

Human Resources Training: Menstruation & Menopause in the Workplace
Duration: 2 hours

A menstruation and menopause awareness training course for HR professionals created specifically to help foster a more inclusive, supportive understanding workplace.
​
Menopause and menstruation are often stigmatized topics, leading to both a lack of understanding and empathy. Training can help HR professionals develop a more open, informed perspective and promote conversations around these issues without judgment and embarrassment.
